Before we started having playing cards printed in bulk, the first generation of the Map & Dice Playing Cards were a slightly different ratio and were printed one per order from a US site, so naturally it was a slower process, especially for customers outside of the US (we are based in the UK ourselves).
These specialised pre-printed Inked Adventures Map&Dice Playing Cards are still available through DriveThruCards (also on TheGameCrafter). Standard sized US-Bridge playing cards with a smooth professional finish and rounded edges. Dimensions: 3.5 x 2.25 inches.
